- Looking in canton/kennesaw/acworth area. Looking for an apt, duplex, a small house, or a fully functional basement apt that is separate from the main house. I'd be up for a room mate to move into a nice apt too w/ the right person. Looking to move beginning of sept. I can pay up to $400, $500 if utilities are included. Please understand I am on a fixed income! I cannot do any higher prices. I'm not asking for a handout, just someone willing to work with me. I'm a single mom of one 7 yr old boy. I'm on disability, so stable rent on time, every month on the 1st is not a problem at all. The only reason I cant get into a nice community place is because of income restrictions by law. I have good credit, No outstanding debt, never been evicted, never been in trouble w/ the law. I'm not handicapped. But I am disabled, meaning I don't work & I don't drive. I do do online sales for extra income.
